Hours and location

This is a full-time role based in Leeds, UK. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours to everyone in the team, but this is not a fully remote opportunity.

What we’re looking for

This role is ideal for someone that loves PPC but wants to step away from the day to day campaign management and seek a new challenge and opportunity to forge your own path at one of the top agencies in Leeds.

A talented PPC account manager with great people skills and a good working knowledge of the paid search landscape. Working as the link between delivery, paid and your clients you’ll thrive from driving results whilst delivering them an exceptional experience along the way.

This is a client-facing role and the ability to confidently, professionally discuss and present campaigns with clients is a must. Ultimately, a top-notch digital account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client’s digital needs.

  • You’ll need strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and experience presenting reports and optimisations
  • Demonstrable passion, experience and knowledge of Paid Search, specifically across Search engines (Google, Bing etc) and social with Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills which must include Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
  • Proven time management skills, strong project management skills, experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to think critically and creatively, with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to ways of working & problem solving, with the confidence to question the norms
  • Strong communication, organisation & presentation skills
  • Thrives working in a team setting

You’ll have:

  • 2+ years of working with social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • 2+ years of being the main account handler for Google Ads accounts with a £15k+ spend per month
  • Experience dealing with all client communication and face to face meetings
  • Experience in setting up, managing and reporting on Google Shopping campaigns

Primary responsibilities

  • Own the results – and work – delivered for our clients
  • Manage budgets, invoicing and ongoing advertising spend - making sure no spend is unaccounted for.
  • Produce meaningful reports and insights
  • Plan and negotiate our client’s investment with the relevant teams
  • Ensure budget and time trackers are kept up to date and accurate
  • Obsess over client’s targets and make plans for how we are going to meet them
  • Facilitate a collaborative and harmonious team effort for those working on your accounts
  • Make sure the teams working on your clients know how your clients are performing
  • Make sure that the client teams know why they’re focusing on certain areas
  • Be creative and solution led
  • Proactively spot opportunities for how we can deliver better work
  • Identify new things we should want to do and that our clients want from us
  • Keep abreast of digital trends and news in your client’s industry
  • Present concepts, solutions and commercials to your clients in an interesting, easy to understand way
