Salary

£25,000 - £32,000 depending on skills and experience

We independently benchmark salaries for all roles every two years, so when you work at Engage you can be confident you’re fairly rewarded for your talent and experience when compared against the rest of the industry.

Hours and location

This is a full-time role based in Leeds, UK. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours to everyone in the team, but this is not a fully remote opportunity and we require you to be in the office for at least 3 days a week.

What we’re looking for

Account Managers are responsible for owning the relationship with their clients; making them love us and stay with us forever. To ensure that Engage is delivering the best work possible they will actively plan digital strategies to grow our client’s performance, increase their investment and ensure that they have an exceptional experience working with us.

You’ll be:

  • In control - All in all, keeping on top of your accounts. Making sure that they’re run smoothly and efficiently, that proposals and reports are completed on time and things land on time and on budget
  • A partner to your clients - What’s going on in their world? Their business? What are their priorities and what support do they need?
  • Energetic - With a contagiously positive attitude, you lead by example, and cherish the opportunity to speak with clients, helping them achieve their goals
  • Forward thinking - Ensuring clients know what Engage is doing for them in the weeks, months and even years ahead
  • Open and trustworthy - To be the first to know if there’s something we could be doing better, or if changes are afoot in the client’s team!

We are ideally looking for someone with web experience, who has worked within an agency for 2-3 years.
