Salary

£28,000 - £37,000 depending on skills and experience

Hours and location

This is a full-time role based in Leeds, UK. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours to everyone in the team, but this is not a fully remote opportunity. You will be required to be in the office at least 3 times a week.

What we’re looking for

This is a newly created role within Engage and the right candidate will be:

  • Experienced in CRM management and a demonstrated ability to deliver effective CRM strategies.
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
  • Proficient in handling, analysing, and deriving insights from data.
  • Innovative, constantly seeking ways to enhance client outcomes.
  • Committed to delivering superior quality work for our clients.
  • Organised and flexible, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various fast-paced client accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & planning - develop lifecycle and campaign strategies aimed at list growth, acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Build, testing & deployment of monthly campaigns.
  • Strategic guidance, setup and weekly health check / optimisation of automated flows.
  • Segmentation - creating targeted customer segments using a blend of data points to ensure accurate messaging reaches the appropriate audience.
  • Data analysis - across various KPIs such as recency, frequency, lifetime value, segmentation and demographics, to extract actionable insights.
  • Regular reporting on the success of campaigns, and share learnings both internally and externally to inform future briefs.
  • Technical support with any integrations, advanced customer segmentation setup, or technical elements (scripts etc)
