What we’re looking for

As a Junior Designer at Engage, you’ll play a key part in delivering visually brilliant, brand-led creative across social media, campaigns, and digital platforms. While your focus will lean towards graphic and social content - think scroll-stopping posts, slick layouts, and standout branding - you’ll also have the chance to collaborate across disciplines, supporting wider design, motion, and web work where needed.

You’ll bring strong creative ideas, an eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through design. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their craft and broaden their skillset in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative team.

Design Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching social content, branding and campaign visuals using Adobe CC and Figma.
  • Bring ideas to life from concept through to final delivery – static, animated, and everything in between.
  • Push creativity, while respecting brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Support motion where needed - whether that’s storyboarding, designing assets, or experimenting with After Effects.
  • Stay inspired, keeping an eye on trends and sharing new ideas with the team.
  • Feedback - Listen to design feedback objectively and use feedback to refine your design skills and create even better work. Be able to interpret and action client feedback.

Operational Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage your time effectively and communicate progress clearly using Productive.
  • Log time accurately and consistently.
  • Be approachable and responsive both online and in person.
  • Collaborate across teams, contributing to brainstorms, reviews and critiques.
  • Demonstrate a high level of quality in your work. Ensuring all work is reviewed before sharing internally or externally.
