This role demands a refined eye for design, a deep understanding of user-centred practices, and a proactive approach to elevating our web styling capabilities.

- Communication - Be present and approachable in both person and online. Respond to both internal and external communications in a timely manner, via instant messaging or email where applicable.
- Administration - Accurately log your time each day in alignment with the company’s requirements. Ensure holiday bookings and time off requests are submitted through the company’s system of choice.
Design Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Discovery: Lead design workshops, user interviews, and light user testing. Translate insights into actionable strategies.

- New Business Pitches & Proposals: Collaborate with other teams on new business pitches and proposals, bringing your design expertise to the process and contributing to winning new opportunities.
Team Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and support junior and midweight designers, fostering their growth through knowledge sharing and constructive critique.
