£23,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience

Hours and location

This is a full-time role based in Leeds, UK. We offer hybrid working and flexible hours to everyone in the team, but this is not a fully remote opportunity and we require you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What we’re looking for

We’re expanding our SEO team and are looking for talented SEOs who love the chance to get stuck in. As a member of the SEO team you’ll have the opportunity to put your stamp on our processes and take ownership of content for your clients.

You’ll have:

  • 1+ years of experience working in SEO
  • Experience working on a SEO client with senior team members
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices across all areas of SEO
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work on multiple projects at once, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Experience implementing SEO strategies for clients
  • Understanding of Digital PR and how this can support SEO activity
  • Experience using popular SEO software such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, AWR, Looker Studio, Search Console, Google Tag Manager etc.
  • A good understanding of GA4, and any experience with other software such as Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar would be useful
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Positive and motivational attitude

And bonus points for

  • Experience of working in an agency is preferred, but not essential
