You’ll play a pivotal role in both shaping social strategy and delivering scroll-stopping content. Working with a range of clients and internal teams, you’ll combine creative thinking, solid execution, and performance-led insights to deliver outstanding campaigns that align with our high standards of Attention to Digital™.

- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and basic analytics/reporting.
- Account management or client communication experience is desirable.
Responsibilities

- Develop, schedule, and publish content using appropriate tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
- Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to plan and optimise campaigns, ensuring KPIs are aligned with business goals.
- Engage with communities, monitor trends, and identify opportunities for real-time activation.
- Analyse performance, report on results, and adapt strategies based on insights.
Ideation and content creation
- Create engaging content from on-trend TikTok videos to punchy social posts.
- Collaborate with design and video to produce visual assets that elevate storytelling and brand identity.
- Be hands-on with your iPhone, self-shooting and editing quick-turnaround content that feels native to platform and audience.
