An imperial easter success


The brief

We were approached by Bettys to help them seed their Imperial Easter Egg video across the web, and to secure high quality social content using Bettys Easter products with a range of influencers. We took a multi-pronged approach to make this happen: selecting appropriate influencers with a style that would suit Bettys; making use of online press contacts; and implementing a paid seeding campaign to show off just how beautiful Bettys Easter Eggs really are!

It doesn’t take a lot to show off Bettys’ good side, but we turned to the experts to help us spread the word about their Easter range. We sent a little Easter present to some of our favourite bloggers and they were happy to share on their social channels, along with some lovely photos of their Easter eggs for their followers to drool over. It’s really a win-win situation!


All Eyes on Bettys

Bettys produced a video of their Imperial Easter Egg being hand-made (and then eaten!) and we were tasked with helping them get it in front of people who’d want to see their delicious chocolate creation. We contacted a number of online press contacts, which resulted in them featuring the video on their Facebook page - to great effect!

We also implemented a paid seeding campaign across a number of channels, including Facebook, Youtube and Instagram which boosted our numbers even further.

Cracking results

On top of all this, we also ran a PPC campaign to help Bettys get in front of Easter Egg hunters across the web. Using some data wizardry and some crafty placements, we delivered over 40,000 clicks and almost 700% return on investment. Cracking!
