Our journey began with the Great Place to Work Certification, a rigorous two-step process that involved surveying our team and completing a comprehensive questionnaire about our workplace culture.

This certification process is unique because it relies on the invaluable input of our team, making it a true reflection of our workplace environment. Their honest feedback and independent analysis helped us identify areas where we excelled and areas where we could further enhance our employee experience.

The methodology behind the Best Workplace™ survey is renowned globally for its rigour and objectivity. Our employees enthusiastically participated in this extensive survey, responding to over 60 questions that evaluated various aspects of our workplace culture.

‘Great Place to Work’ Certification was just the beginning. Further evaluation and analysis of our questionnaire have set us alongside the best employers in the UK, going above and beyond in creating a Great Place to Work For All™.

85% of the evaluation was based on what our employees had to say about their trust and ability to reach their full potential within our organisation. This focus on inclusivity ensures that every team member, regardless of their role or background, has the opportunity to thrive.
